Transitions Hospice, a Lifecare Collective Company, recently announced the expansion of their service area into six additional Missouri counties. These additional service counties are the latest addition to LifeCare Collective’s growing footprint throughout Missouri and expands Transitions Hospice to serve 14 counties in Southwest Missouri.
